I went to see John for preapproval, unsure if/what I qualified for and he was able to make crystal clear what I could and could not afford so I could start shopping for a home. After preapproval came a long home shopping process in a difficult market. For over a year, it was a tough process with a lot of iffy properties, "what would the payments be on this house's ", and declined offers. John helped me get into my current home. I like numbers. John had no issue providing me sheets for every financial scenario I threw at him. This allowed me to make the best informed decision with my purchase. He is patient, professional, and does not mind answering every question you can throw at him. John was my loan officer for my initial mortgage, when I was a first time buyer, and also for my refinance. On both occasions he proved himself to be professional, polite, patient and timely. He walked me through all of the steps that I needed to take, reminded me if I forgot about any, and was notably considerate when I screwed up and got a new credit card during my first application process.
