John will now be my go-to Jeweller! I have an heirloom engagement ring that needed repairs. The main stone (Sapphire) had a chip in the girdle (edge) and I was worried that the repairs to the side stones would crack the main stone in the process. I went to many jewellers and the majority of shops would have to send my ring away for weeks, in some cases out of country, for repairs.
