John is a long term, locally retired attorney with great knowledge of the divorce mediation process. He is friendly, reasonably priced, patient and helped us to negotiate our divorce settlement and parenting agreement effectively and in a timely manner which was not an easy process but he made it seem easy.

MEN BEWARE. john makes it a sound that hes playing the middle of the road mediator but that was not the case. There where at least 2 occasions that i found out about that he had privately spoken with my ex wife on the phone ( this was after we decided to use him as our mediator). Unfortunately when going through a divorce it's never easy. I'm writing this a year later after having john as our mediator. Me and my Ex could barely discuss anything without arguing. We agreed on one main issue and that was to do an uncontested divorce, so we wouldn't have too pay lawyers a lot of money. That's when we found John. We finally were able to work out everything with John's help. Without John we would probably still be arguing instead of moving on with our lives. Thank You John, your the best at what you do!

Unfortunately when going through a divorce it's never easy. I'm writing this a year later after having john as our mediator. First off this was my fist time having to go through this it was all very new, I should have been more up on the stuff when divided assets and lives. Just make sure the numbers match and you don't sign right away. When doing the financial affidavit my income was inflated 8k more then I actually earned. john said to put down how much you would earn if I were to work a 40hr week which i dont work 40hrs p... read more

Mr. Daly was so helpful and fair. Filing for divorce on your own is a scary process. He had everything I needed and once I filed with the clerk, my divorce was granted nine days later. I highly recommend John Daly.
