I initially worked with Andrew Meier, who was excellent. Unfortunately I have been in litigations for 7 years with one complex case that branched into 3 cases. What they tell you from one week to the next is subject to change. Not a huge deal for me, just my kids on the line, but they don't care, and Jesse ain't the guy.
I highly recommend Jesse Clark for any legal needs. His rates are fair, and he is both a dedicated advocate and a skilled negotiator when the situation calls for balance. Throughout my case, he demonstrated the utmost professionalism and commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
Jesse Clark failed to protect my rights. He advised me to pause custody for visitation, but didn't explain that it was left at CPS discretion with no guarantees. When I objected, he withdrew himself from the case. Not recommended for CPS/custody cases.
