John D Moving broke my 55” TV and offered to pay me .68 cents per lb of its weight to replace it. The movers asked me to turn on the TV before they moved it (to be sure it worked), and once moved it and left for the day - I plugged in my TV and noticed this cracked & distorted image on the screen. I was not anticipating having to buy a new TV after move. They also lost the majority of the screws to my new bed, so the headboard is no longer attached to the bed frame, and the bed frame is also no longer intact. Lastly, I was q... read more
I’ve used them twice now. Both moves were stress free. The crew was great. They were on time and did not damage anything.
I moved on rainy May 28th, movers came right on time, handled every piece of furniture with care and wrapped it nicely. Very professional and reliable!
