Very disappointed, had a pick up this morning at 5:00 am for 4 people to head to the airport and the driver never showed up. I called the company multiple times in the morning to see where the guy was. He never showed up, never called me back. I had to drive to the airport instead. I wouldn’t recommend him to anyone. It’s a good thing I had a vehicle to transport 4 adults and bags of luggage.

On a recent trip, we decided rather than deal with long term airport parking and shuttles, we'd try using a car service. Found John Carno Transportation during a Google search and we couldn't be more pleased. Additionally, I get anxiety from driving during rush hour at night during a storm but our driver Francisco was incredible. He was definitely familiar with the Newark Airport run and despite watching some really hostile drivers around us, the whole ride was smooth as silk.
