Incredible library - world-class. Love this place They need to shut down the chit-chatting though. If they need to talk, please go outside. People are trying to find cures for cancer and invent the next iPhone. They can talk about the football game outside; then work 9-5 the rest of their lives.
Its a nice place to study. Plenty of students and about 5 floors with different volume levels and private rooms reservable by UCF students. Anyone on campus can walk in and sit down somewhere, no ID required. The bathrooms could use more frequent maintenance due to young students making a mess out of it, but its typically still acceptable even on the busy 2nd and 3rd floors.
