Worst experience. The recliner has many issues from factory. Only help provided was a bag of timber blocks. Would not recommend.
Popped into the store today to browse recliners with my mum prior to her undergoing a big surgery. We couldn’t be more delighted with the friendly and helpful service we received. Nothing was too much trouble for Shirley and Crystal, even assembling a new chair on the spot for mum to actually see the colour she was contemplating buying! The girls didn’t even bat an eyelid when she picked the floor model anyway after all that! WARNING! DO NOT BUY LA-Z-BOY SEATS HERE! If I could give less than one star, I would. I spent $4849 on la-z-boy seats, believing them to be up there with some of the best. It came with a lifetime guarantee on the mechanism…..what could go wrong? About two years later, nearly all the plastic tyres cracked or came off the rollers completely. I called the John Bradley and they put me on to their repair shop. They ordered the parts and took the chairs away for repair. It took them a month to fix from when I reported the fault.
