Highly recommend John as your own officer!! He always responds and follow up everything. He doesn’t force you to take the loan from the company but whenever you have question about your loan, he answers your question and explains why. We closed on our house in just 32 days. If without John during the process, I don’t think we could close this fast. Of course seller also part of the reason but still, if my loan process couldn’t move forward, the house could not be closed quickly.
