I came across John in a way I would have never expected. He is very thorough and works from the bottom up. John has been such an incredible resource for me. He’s gone way beyond my expectations and has helped me in a way that any other therapist I’ve gone to hasn’t been able to. He has so much wisdom and genuinely wants to help share it with his clients. I’d never used hypnosis before and he made me feel totally at ease and I’m already seeing major changes in my anxiety levels. John is the real deal. Seeing him is one of the best decisions I’ve made to change my life for the better.
First, John Bentz does not use hypnosis at least in the first 3 hour session that I had. He used the time to talk about himself his past successes, had me write out my personal goals and then gave me some wacky handwriting analysis about reading into my childhood based on my signature. It was all b.s. and when I asked to actually begin he kept saying we have my writing all over a white board.
