While traveling from PA to Hilton Head Island I was stopped for speeding while passing through Sussex VA on I95. The officer issued me a ticket for Reckless Driving by Speeding at 81MPH in a 70 zone. I was not aware at the time, that while in PA going 81 is a small speeding fine, in VA it is actually considered a misdemeanor criminal offense, similar to a DUI. The last thing I wanted was a criminal record, and after doing a lot of research I realized that I needed an attorney for legal experience reasons and to reduce costs.... read more
