I was led to believe they were going to assist me with my case and now all of a sudden they are not. The associate that called me kept cutting me off when I spoke. I was asked a question and before I could get to the second word I was being cut off. Completely baffled on the lack of professionalism. Basically treated like crap on the phone communication was to bare minimum. When I ask why I am not getting any help now and what struck this decision, I get crickets.
