We have been going to John, John and Hill for 4 years now and the communication gets worse every year. We had a tax amendment done to add child tax credit and he said it would be $200 an hour never reached out to let us know how many hours he was at, finishes and lets us know we owe him $1000 after we already paid 350 to file our taxes in the first place. Craig Hill is absolutely amazing, it's been a couple of years since we went here but my husband passed away last year and Craig made it so simple and he was absolutely quick getting everything filed. I can't wait to come back next year because my husband was the tax expert but now Craig will be my tax expert.

This is the best company to work with for taxes. We are a business and called and talked to a lot of people in Idaho Falls. After sitting down with 3 companies, we went with Craig here. If you are reading this review, trust that this place will handle your money correctly. Our business is a little chaotic, our books and receipts were a mess, but it did not matter to this company.
