Craig Hill is absolutely amazing, it's been a couple of years since we went here but my husband passed away last year and Craig made it so simple and he was absolutely quick getting everything filed. I can't wait to come back next year because my husband was the tax expert but now Craig will be my tax expert.
Our company, Wolverine Canyon Construction has been a client of Craig Hill of John John and Hill for two years now. It was the best decision I made in 10 years to change accounting firms and put my faith in Craig. This is the best company to work with for taxes. We are a business and called and talked to a lot of people in Idaho Falls. After sitting down with 3 companies, we went with Craig here. If you are reading this review, trust that this place will handle your money correctly. Our business is a little chaotic, our books and receipts were a mess, but it did not matter to this company. Great people that are a huge help!
I own a small business and came to John John and Hill to get my business taxes and payroll done. They have been extremely unprofessional and difficult to communicate with. I would not recommend them to anyone. No one is ever able to explain anything. They have lost our checks, forget to charge our monthly fees so we end up having to pay multiple months, and have yet to give us any update on our yearly taxes and it has been 3 months.
