They will abandon you once you settle!!!! I settled under extreme duress by this lawyer. I was confused and in tears with no other options offered. I have a brain injury and they failed to consider that. They misled me for their payday! I have spoken with lawyer's since and I was mislead. This lawyer forgot to do critical paperwork and told me I have to avoid court. None of this was true. He was covering his own interests instead of mine. Spent 5 years fighting icbc, was mislead to settle when I should have been advise to go to court. It has ruined my life. Lack of information that I requested led to a misinformed settlement. Left heartbroken and in tears, my future is changed forever. Very sad outcome. Not to mention no compassion for injuries. Do not recommend if you want good honest communication.
