During my Algonquin college graduation after the stage on June 20, 2025 the photographer just took a quick photo and it was rushed. He didn't show the result and didn't fixed any posture or direct anything to ensure the photo turned out great. I am very unsatisfied with the result of my photo. I didnt even want to buy even 1 photo. Unsatisfied with the service. I don't even need my photo for free. Luckily for me I was able to take a even better picture on my own. Photography. Ok. Customer service sucks. My daughter had her pic taken at her graduation. The pic was acceptable. Of course I love it as it is my daughter so I love it. When I emailed a quick email to ask an ETA on the digital pic I ordered, I got a rude reply. I said in my email I was sure he was busy but was just curious.
