Fantastic service! Friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly experienced with passport photo requirements. The photos were done quickly, at a better price than most pharmacies or photocopy centers, and with great attention to detail. Highly recommend his services!
Waiting 4–6 weeks for a simple digital JPG is crazy. It only takes them a few hours to upload all the watermarked photos to the website, but once you actually buy one, you’re left waiting for over a month. I bought my photo 5 weeks ago and I’m still waiting… By the time it finally arrives, the excitement of graduating will already be gone
Customer service was terrible. There was a problem with my order which was clarified and we agreed on the digital copies for $16, I was then sent an invoice for $28 for shipping, I’ve been busy so I sent an email asking for clarification and haven’t heard back. I gave up a few minutes ago and paid for the shipping, but I wish they would actually listen to what customers wanted and charged the correct price. Would give 0 stars if I could, would never order photos from here again and I discourage others from ordering from here... read more
During my Algonquin college graduation after the stage on June 20, 2025 the photographer just took a quick photo and it was rushed. He didn't show the result and didn't fixed any posture or direct anything to ensure the photo turned out great. I am very unsatisfied with the result of my photo. I didnt even want to buy even 1 photo. Unsatisfied with the service. I don't even need my photo for free. Luckily for me I was able to take a even better picture on my own. The second time my family has used John‘s services and we are absolutely satisfied. John is friendly and takes the time to deliver the perfect product.
