Erin has been our go to person in the conveyancing of several property purchases and sales. Incredibly knowledgeable and super efficient. Erin not only actioned the necessary but headed off any delays with helpful advice eg. a quick turnaround sale on a bridging loan meant we needed to contact the bank early to request a release of the property held as security in the bridging loan. Erin's communication was excellent and meant our sales and purchases were smooth and stress free.
