We had a good experience in the store and are happy with our appliance. I was not impressed with the delivery man who drove like a maniac and seemed to be in a huge hurry to get the delivery done. I hadn’t even finished opening the door for him before he was telling me my measurements were wrong and the appliance wouldn’t fit, full of negative complaints. Guess what, I did measure correctly and the appliance fit just fine, he just needs to cool down and act more respectful to customers.
Had an excellent experience upgrading to a new washer and dryer with help from the Johan's team from start to finish. The install process was so quick and easy, and included haulaway for our old machines. I recommend going to Johan's for any appliance needs, the team is knowledgeable and very friendly.
From the sales person to the delivery the crew they were exceptional. Buy local whenever you can.
They have a large selection and had the washing machine I wanted in stock. Sharon checked to make sure the price was the same as what I had been quoted at the other store. They are closed on Sundays which shows they respect their employees and makes them better workers for the other days that they are open. This is my preferred store to buy any appliance. Excellent service!
PURCHASED A BOX SPRING AND MATTRESS FROM WENDY AS WELL AS A MATTRESS PROTECTOR. WENDY WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND A DELIGHT TO DEAL WITH. DELIVERY WAS WELL WITHIN THE TIME GIVEN. EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY. DELIVERYMAN EXPLAINED THE MATTRESS IN A BOX CONCEPT THOROUGHLY. I AM MORE THAN PLEASED! THANKS AND MERRY CHRISTMAS TO THE JOHAN TEAM!!!
