Beyond grateful to have found John and Hanna. I have visited John for massages before, during, and after two pregnancies and always feel so much relief. He is very good at explaining the physiology behind the techniques he chooses, too, so I've also been learning a lot about my body along the way. He's also just good people – smart, kind, and thoughtful. Ask about his corgi, Pippin.

I've had wonderful experiences with Johanna at North Seattle Bodywork. I've gone to see her when my body hurts - usually when it's hurt for a prolonged period. Johanna has great instincts and knowledge to address the problems I've presented to her. I've left feeling release from pain every time I've gone in. I think she's amazing

I’m feeling now it’s a good thing that I botched my first attempt at a review here for Johanna. After a few more months of working with her, I have learned so much more about the subtle connections between all of my physical problems and her thoughtful approach to dealing with them. I’m smiling and we do have more work to do!

I am an LMT with thirty years of experience and Johanna has become my go-to LMT. She is knowledgeable, compassionate and highly skilled. I left a recent session of chest massage feeling more integrated within the different parts of my body than I have in years. Most importantly, she LISTENS and works the areas where I really need work. Two (very experienced) thumbs way up!

Johanna is a great masseuse who I’ve been going to for a couple years now. She’s great at finding the areas that really need work and has even done a bunch of additional training to be able to help her clients who have gotten chest surgeries recover. Our sessions have been so helpful.
