We originally were using a different loan provider, and it was taking forever/ closing kept getting pushed back. I was directed to Joey and his wonderful team, and in less than 24 hours he had us approved. Monthly payments are even less than the previous loan company! I would have never thought it was going to be possible to find a home, settle and move in within 30 days and all from out of state, but Joey and Jacob made it happen.
