Lots of upper back and shoulder tension, really needed help. Joey manipulated me like a crash test dummy it was like a workout, but I wasn't doing the work. She was great at checking in on appropriate pressure, making sure i was comfortable, I felt sensational afterwards even though she warned me I'd be a bit sore later. Happy to say yes I was but more relieved the tension was gone. This is serious remedial massage!!

Joey has improved my flexibility and mobility greatly in my few visits. Having had a few sport injuries in my time I am moving better and able to continue my exercise and workout regime so overall feeling so much better. I can recommend Joey for quality sport massage. Brian. B.
