i needed a new starter. They told me it would be $288 for a Re-manufactured one. When I asked how much the parts store was charging for the part, they said $200. Everyone talks about how honest they are, so I figured I could trust them. WRONG!!! When they called me to tell me it was ready, the wheels started turning. So I called Advance Auto. Had my car inspected there not a problem were friendly knew what they were doing an were quick will go back again .
Don't go there. Every time someone goes there to get a car inspected, it needs wipers. They change them and then tell you about it. Will never ever go there again. Guess they don't care if they get bad feedback. They sure haven't changed there attitudes.
Both guys that work there are complete jerks. I had my air conditioning supposedly fixed in my car however the next day it began to blow out hot air so I took it back to them hoping they could fix it considering I was just there the day before. They refused to fix it without charging me labor. I had my receipt showing I was there the day before but they said they would have to charge me to see what else was going on. NEVER WILL I GO BACK THERE AGAIN AND I ADVISE OTHERS TO STAY AWAY!!!!
