Joe has the experience and knowledge that I was looking for. When I asked him to adjust my mountain bike's front derailleur, he did a great job. The shifter cable was incorrect and had always been. It was actually a brake cable. I had taken that bike to another shop, and they didn't notice that. Joe's common sense was nice.
I got my first bike from Joe. It is a fabulous, amazing, super, unbelievably good bike. I love this bike. Joe gave me a really fair and honest price for it. I told him what I needed, my experience level, and told him my price range and he set me up with a bike that makes me love biking to and from work everyday, it is the best part of my day now.
