I'm upset. I drove over here cause the Internet said they were open Saturday morning at 11. I'm from outta town. This was the only day I had available to do this. Sitting here now and doesn't look open too me.
Did my taxes this year and didn't receive my taxes. I called the irs and they told me that they put my info in wrong and they can do an amendment. I been calling them for three weeks straight everyday and sending emails and no answer or reply. They messed my taxes up and I am pissed. I shouldn't have to pay nothing for the inconvenience this has put me through. I bet they got there money. Plus there site has open and nobody at office.Site says open but nobody at office.
Someone recommend my daughter to this place they told her if she didn't do her taxes there last year she couldn't help them Wow we didn't know nothing about this place we were recommend and turned away
I been doing my taxes here for about six years now and the staff is very friendly I call them 8-9 times a day with different questions and every time they answer my question and say if you have any more questions please reach back out to us. I highly recommend them to anyone
