I bought some shoes in Gurnee, IL. I don't understand the negative comments about their customer service, as I received excellent service yesterday and have nothing bad to say. I have close to $10000.00 in exotic Boots. I recently bought a pair of Joe's Boots and every bit as nice as my others!!!! I was leary of His Pricing??? But they are awesome and the pricing made Me Very Happy. Thanks Joe.
Zero type of customer service at the Gurnee location, not to mention very snarky answers. Please rectify this issue!
Abraham was extremely nice and helpful. he was very considerate of my best friends situation with her father struggling with dementia and working with the hat he left for her to remember him by. very thoughtful staff, very kind environment. i definitely recommend this location over all others.
