Truly 5 Stars I wanted a condo and everyone told me buying one with a loan makes it exceptionally difficult. Well they were right but Joel still found a way to make it work. Alas that failed due to the property's representation, 3 closing extentions. On to the next I went and after a week of searching, I find it. Joel fires up the machine and I was basically done day 1. I started off buy and flips with Joel as well as muli-units. I didn't know much so needless to say I was calling or texting Joel alot. He always made himself available and he always answered all of my questions.
