Let me start by saying I don't know how these people rated Joel so high because I've had NOTHING but trouble getting any response from this guy. I've sent countless e-mails, text messages and phone calls with no response. My divorce has been going on for a year with no contest at all!! Still can't get the dang thing filed. I've never had such a lazy attorney in my life.
I was very happy with his services. This was my second divorce, and I had a way better experience and got way better results than last time

You will not find a more honest and trustworthy bankruptcy attorney. He helped me escape from that crazy ex who put me in debt, and then he helped me get out of the debt. Wiped it off where I didn't owe anything to anybody. And I didn't have to pay her anything to get rid of her either.

If I could give him a lower rating, I would! I paid half of my mother's fees for filing bankruptcy. She took ill and could not begin the filing. He did absolutely nothing except for his "free" consultation. He told me after the meeting that he would refund the money. I kept hoping she would get better and we fully planned on filing. I phoned and told him that she had passed away and could not file. Not even a sympathetic word from him.
