I recieved a call back from Joel in less than 5 minites. I had a fairly complicated case to talk to him about and he was extremely knowledgable on the subject (MMJ) , much more so than any other attorney that I have spoken with, I feel confident in his abilities and I will definetley be having Joel represent me.
Sometimes people make a mistake in life that could cause them to find themselves in legal trouble. Not everyone is a bad person but we all make mistakes. Joel Denning took on my case with very short notice. He dropped everything he was doing to speak with me and made special arrangements to rearrange his case times so that he could represent me. He is honest and fair and financially reasonable. With him, you will have his cell phone and not have to wait for a call back should you need urgent legal advice, unlike other law firm attorneys. After hearing such great reviews I am considering contacting him as my attorney in a criminal case. Should not be that involved, but was wondering what his fees are from those who worked with him before. Does he have a retainer that must be paid first before taking my case. Hourly fees? Any payment plans or are all fees expected to be paid immediately?
Look i know people look at these things and think yeh right whatever but I just want people to know that Mister Denning is an excellent lawyer and a real down to earth person I'm going thru alot like most people. After seeing a bad review for Joel Denning, I had to respond. I have used other lawyers in the past, and I have never met a better attorney. Joel displayed a sincere concern for me, and it showed in his presentation in court. I could see that the judge was impressed by his efforts on my behalf, and it was reflected in his final judgement. I am not sure if the other guy on here has the right Joel Denning. The Joel I know is honest, hard working, and was dedicated to me and my case. I had never needed a lawyer before and thankfully a friend recommended him to me. His prices were more than reasonable, he always kept me updated on my case, and he did exactly what he told me would do. If I ever need a lawyer again, I will be sure to give Joel a call. I highly recommend him. He is a great guy and an even better lawyer!!
