Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice, shame on me! Joel’s communication is the worst! I’ve never had to call and or email a professional so many times before without a reply. I tried him again for my 2024 and he never replied back, left messages on his voicemail, emailed, and spoke with his receptionist, nothing! He wasted so much of my time, causing me stress beyond! He sold his practice but stayed on, just think I was small fish for him and he didn’t want to be my accountant any longer.
