I had a very disappointing experience working with Joel Caranto. He was consistently unprofessional and unresponsive throughout the time I worked with him. Important emails and messages were ignored for days, sometimes even weeks, which caused unnecessary delays and stress, especially during tax season. It felt like I had to chase him constantly to get even the simplest tasks done. I would not recommend his services to anyone looking for a reliable and professional accountant.
