Have been with CrossCountry Mortgage LLC for 3+ years. Even used Joe Thomas as our loan office 15 months ago and he was great. Last October we refinanced our VA loan again. Joe forgot to order the well water test until the week we were supposed to close. This delayed our loan by about 2.5 weeks. I provided a new Homeowners Insurance Policy prior to close because the original company didn't provide enough coverage for the home in the event of a total loss.
