I bought a pub style table and 4 chairs for a nice price and it delivered and set up my apartment, when I move 1 year later had the table 4 legs taken off and looked at the bottom of the table and the sticker said (MADE IN VIETNAM) I was so upset and I said to myself never again will I do business with a company like that.
Same issue as ***** *had. The warranty is Horrible and they say it is great and covers everything. My remote on my recliner stopped working. couch is 2 years old. They told me to call the warrenty people and you need to make sure this happened and you reported it with in 30 days or your screwed. Then, they now sent me a 5 page form I have to fill out including pictures, serial numbers etc. Clearly it is so that you do not follow through. To ensure proper identification of the furniture in question the Protection Company has set down guidelines. Without these preliminary steps there is no way the Company can provide the service promised under the warranty The Service Request Form tells the Company which piece of furniture has the problem, and what the problem is. The form includes three pages with 8 -10 questions. I purchased a reclining couch with two matching reclining chairs in April 2017 along with a warranty. In November 2019, I contacted their facility to inquire about a tear between 2-3 inches long that is a part of the arm of the couch that was accidental and some small rips along the seam of the pillow top arms.
