Great experience. I was very comfortable with Joe. His myofascial technique was excellent. He was very knowledgeable. He had me do some movement beforehand to recognize the problem areas that would need the most care. He gave me some exercises to do at home. Also, I thought the price was reasonable for an hour. Easy to find with GPS. I will definitely be back if needed. I wouldn't look for elsewhere which says a lot.
