My partner and I can’t thank Joe and Janice enough for all of their hard work in getting us approved for our mortgage. Because of issues with our original broker, we had to find someone new and we only had three days left before our conditions were up. They got everything done for us in two days which was absolutely amazing. They were so reassuring throughout the whole process. I only wish we would have had them the entire time to save us a lot of grief and stress. Truly an amazing team and 100% recommendation this company.
