never returned my phone calls after my account drooped below 2K he would not respond nor help me totally unprofessional. i had to find another Ameriprise advisor i just rolled it out of su h a crappy company wth such poor customer service. i chose fideilty they actually answer the phone and don't ghost their clients like Joe did. not ok Joe. I mean i thought you died no just ignored.
Didn’t return any calls did not complete a roll over just ghosted me don’t even know if he is still alive. Poor service no response from a decades long client no explanation so I had to find someone new.
