Joe was flexible and ready to answer all of our questions. He is very on top of communication, you can depend on a response in a very reasonable time frame if not instantly. Joe is thorough and helpful in navigating through the labyrinth of house buying - securing a loan. Very much appreciate his expertise. Additionally, he was able to suggest a recasting option for our loan - allowing us to buy the new house, sell our current house, and then for less than $500 dump the equity of our current home into the new home. This will significantly reduce monthly payments on the new home.
