The process was very quick and I never felt like my plethora of questions were ever a bother. Joe was very polite and made sure I was equipped to to handle all parts of the process. Even though our closing window was very short, they ensured it was done by closing dates. There were a few items that I had to get changed near the end but they had it done very quickly and it wasn't stressful at all. The best thing however is they didn't provide sugar coated information. Joe O’Conner was my loan officer for a mortgage refinance and he was extremely professional and available all the time for my questions and concerns. Even when I was stressed at some point through the process he was very assuring and kind. Also I have to mention that Rate did close on my refinance in less than 4 weeks from submitting my application!! I totally recommend them!
