Joe mama has been a part of my journey in Ottawa. Through recommendations I bought my evo bike here. It has been a welcoming atmosphere ever since. I had to move away and asked for my bike to packed. It was an over night job. I have to say on arrival I was so impressed how it was packed. It was opened a few times for security screening yet all the parts were in there. Assembly was easy. Thank you joe mama.. I hope to come back as patron again !

I had bad experience and poor service at this place. Paid to get the rear shifter adjusted. It wasn’t properly adjusted and i had to come back to fix it. Every time I would drop by to fleet it fixed, I was told they were too busy and don’t book appointments and just try again later. I visited the shop three time to get the original issue properly fixed to no avail. *UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE* - I did stop by, 3 times. I cannot begin to express how amazing this place is! I am in the city for a doctor's appointment and while out I lost a screw on my manual wheelchair. I did a quick search and found Joe Mommas and I came to them in a moment of desperation! They quickly went to work finding a replacement screw and within minutes I was able to be back out enjoying the city! Absolutely blown away with how helpful they were, it was just a screw but it got my independence back
Called Joe mama’s to find out about pricing to disassemble and reassemble my partner’s bike. On the first call I was assured that it would be a price of a tune up. Called again when making my appointment online and was told the same thing, I only had to pay for a tune up for this single speed. When paying for the bike I was charged more because they decided it was more work than they had anticipated?
