I went through a company called bush and bush somewhere in Dallas and that was the worse mistake ever and i dropped them quickly for joe cones this will be the 3rd time working with Mr. Cones and his team they have not let me down
Unprofessional. Vera has no office etiquette. She’s rude isn’t knowledgeable about a lot of things. Attorney doesn’t talk to you about case, doesn’t like to answer questions. He’s one of those extremely older people who gets offended if you ask questions.
Unprofessional from day one. I will not recommend anyone to come to Joe Cone as his staff Vera and Joe himself are extremely rude and old schooled. If you ask them a question, they will hang up the phone on you and will automatically assume that you are blaming them. I had a very bad experience, and they need to work on their customer service and professionalism. I had a 18 wheeler accident and went straight to Jim Adler in hopes to seek the best help for the case. However the offer they were able to get me wasn’t even half enough to cover medical expenses! Unwilling to put in the extra time and care they dismissed my case after telling me they would take it up and going through all the paperwork with me. Totally led me on!!
