Joe Fida used to be a good place to get your title transferred. I've came over here for the years. They have raised their fees because they claim they have low traffic, then I think that just makes you have less traffic and makes people go somewhere cheaper, the people at the desk always have an attitude whether you call or were there in person before you even start talking to them.
