I’d always heard good things about Joe Egan Solicitors, but my recent experience with Fiona Jackson was extremely disappointing. As a first-time buyer, I trusted her advice, she told me to proceed with the searches despite key documents being missing, then began pressuring me to close the sale when a significant number of documents were still outstanding. Communication was poor, emails were rarely answered, and she was usually unavailable when I called.

Couldn’t recommend more! We used Joe Egan’s for the sale of our house and purchase of another, with Emma being our assigned solicitor. She did such a fantastic job, holding our hand through the process. We also faced a fair few issues with our buyers causing problems throughout the process and she dealt with all this expertly and resolved matters quickly (with lots of pestering of other professionals part of the process). Joe Egans dealt with our recent sale and purchase conveyancing transactions. Emma, Ashely and Rachel were superb throughout, keeping us informed and reassured and then reacting when it looked like the matter was going to fall apart, calming the chain down and making sure we got over the line. Would definitely recommend using a local firm of solicitors with an office you can pop in to as it's so much more convenient. Wonderful service and value for money.
