Really awful experience for my parents. They hired him to do pictures for christmas cards - he was difficult to work with right from the start, and had ridiculous terms on previewing pictures, ordering, etc. He will get you signed up, spend very little time on the actual pictures, claim he was busy and take forever to get back to you with the proofs (over 3 months!) and the end result was no better than any cell phone pic taken by a stranger on the beach.
