Jodie provides an incredible service. Aroma touch is not only relaxing but you can really feel the therapeutic benefits. Jodie uses quality oils that help with reducing stress and numerous other health rewards.
Jodie’s massages are amazing! I’ve had the luxury of having a few different ones. I always leave relaxed, refreshed, nurtured and happy. Highly recommend.
I went into my treatment with Jodie very stressed, overworked and in need of some deep relaxation. What Jodie did wasn’t so much a massage (much more gentle than deep tissue), but a gentle session with beautiful smelling oils that somehow must have included fairy magic because without knowing it, I released a bunch of tension and left feeling lighter, at peace, and completely refreshed. I visited Jodie because I was struggling with sleep due to perimenopause, and my ADHD was at its peak, leaving me completely exhausted and burnt out. Jodie had to really encourage me to stop and relax, and once I did, the treatment was incredibly soothing. I actually got sick for a few days afterward because I finally stopped and relaxed, but then I bounced back. The treatment also helped ease my perimenopause symptoms for a few weeks.
