Beautiful products, however, the stone coasters I ordered were shipped in a padded envelope. One coaster was cracked out of 4. They also arrived over a month after being ordered. When a replacement was shipped (promptly), it was also shipped in a padded envelope. It arrived with an entire corner broken off. Whoever though heavy, brittle stone coasters should be shipped in a padded envelope instead of a box that is thoroughly padded did not think about what an item goes through during shipping.
