I employed Jocas Moving. When completed I had a broken bed set, broken lamp, broken bookshelf, scratched up items. Just general breakage. I contacted the office to file everything needed. After weeks I finally get 1 email from *****************************. Per his email mail he is the **** I have no offer to replace items. Just a low ball amount. Now it has been almost a month since his last and only email. I just want my items to not be torn up during a move. Beware of this company!!!
I tried contacting them for assistance moving my Disabled Veteran father. Spoke with "******" who was just the rudest person I've ever come in contact with. When asking for details she said "don't start with me", called me a "smartass" when I referred to the Groupon as asked if that was the correct rate before purchasing. I asked for a manager and she told me "no one will deal with you" and then I asked again and she said "sure fine someone will call you tomorrow". That didn't happen. Yesterday was my first time using this moving company and let me tell you it was the WORST experience of my life I would never hire this company again nor will I ever recommend them to anybody the guys got to my house on time and loaded the truck however when they got to my new house to unload it started raining really bad I mean pouring, thunder, lighting it was bad the I of course dis not want to damage my stuff told they guys to wait a little bit for the rain to slow down the guys also expressed to me they didn't feel com... read more
