My dad was there it was the worse experience we have ever had I wouldn’t even let a skunk stay there

Administration horrid! Never contacted medical proxy or power of attorney with regard to ANYTHING! Pushed narcotics to make patient sleep! Made patient believe they couldn't have tylenol! Drew unnecessary labs not ordered by primary doctor. Denied oxygen despite dr orders! My mother lost years of memories!!!
Mom was brainwashed into believing she couldn't take tylenol and only narcotics! also brainwashed my mother into poor wound care procedures. Mom refused colloidal bandages (faster healing and microbial protection) and demanded scratchy gauze that sticks in the wound!! I am fully trained in wound care up to and including level 3 ulcers! Also refused her oxygen at night despite her doctor's orders!
Ambassador feels like home to both me and my daughter; in all the time I spent there, there wasn’t a single day that I regretted it. If it weren't for my husband's job transfer, I never would have trusted anyone else with my child the way I trust the staff at Ambassador.
