Heads up to anyone using Jobnimbus check your subscription and see how many users you’re being charged for. When you deactivate a user it doesn’t stop them from billing you.  They purposely created a complicated two step process to cancel subscriptions so when deactivating a user they can still keep billing you and hope you don’t catch them. We've been using job nimbus as our company CRM for about a year. Our biggest mistake was not opting for their professional services package from the get-go. After 4 months of working with it on our own and using their excellent tutorials we had an expert come and visit our office and in 2 days he streamlined everything. It pays to hire the expert at the beginning and get a stronger start. We love how responsive they have been to our requests and look forward to new features coming soon.
We’ve been using JobNimbus for over a year. Our team developed the configuration and job flows for our use cases but failed to fully execute deployment to its fullest extent.
