The absolute best tool in the box. With the best support and happy helpful accosiates. This company is one of only a very limited few prideful, legit, companies .
It shows potential, it is a lot of work to enter data in. It is limited to residential. If this technology is not in your wheelhouse, then stay away because this support is limited. And the email system is garbage. I wish it was easier to use. It takes thousands of dollars, up to $10,000, just to set it up and get it running.
JN is a robust CRM. We use their payments, texting, emailing, estimating, and document and photo storage. I couldn't run my small operation without it. Its constantly being updated which is a little annoying, and maybe they should offer a lower tier price for small operators. My colleagues though, pay for multiple products like company cam and texting services, and I guess they have to integrate all of that. When my wife asks me if I have pictures of a job, my first response is "its in Job Nimbus".
Great software for roofing CRM. I have been using it since October of 2021. Like anything else, it's not perfect. I'm very comfortable using the software and it's really awesome for merging jobs and customer profiles. The proposal templates are awesome. If you dig around and create some templates for your products, you'll be able to present all in one storm report with quote and text page to write out your own insurance supplements. If you're bad with computers, you can still use this software.
We have used JobNimbus for 6 years now and will never leave. We have looked at so many different CRM platforms and none compare to JobNimbus. We have utilized their system for our roofing company and it it so easy to navigate, not too busy, and we use every element of the system as well. The team at JobNimbus is always updating the platform to improve it for users, providing live webinars and support whenever needed. We truly enjoy JobNimbus and value the platform. Highly Highly recommend for all businesses.
