Honestly, it would be closer to zero stars. We’ve had ongoing issues and multiple conversations with their helpdesk. I reached out to the Sales person who sold us the software, he emailed back CCing somebody in upper management and when I didn’t hear back, I replied and got an auto response, “They were out of the office at a tradeshow for the week” and then I never heard anything more. Incredibly adapted programs and broad suite of business tools beyond a simple CRM the team at JobNimbus have done an incredible job with not only customer service but seamless design and forethought into how to create a one stop solution for contractors. Keep up the great work and special shoutout to Jenn for the awesome job explaining to me the updates made while I was away from contracting and getting my business backend workflow working for me instead of visa versa.
This software has more issues than any software I’ve ever encountered. On top of that the support is worse than an airline. I question if anyone on the development team has any real world experience using this software on a day to day basis. Hoping to find something better.
