I have been a JobNimbus user for about 5 years, and unfortunately the platform has continued to get worse over time. Today (3/13/2026) the system is not operable. We are unable to input data, add notes, apply tags, or create estimates. Their own status page shows degraded performance caused by database issues, and outages like this have become far too common. We have been with Jobnimbus for over 6 years. We have watched it change and improve. We are actively working with them and giving feedback of what we like and don't like, including having members of our team travel to Utah for a few days to walk them through our processes to talk about what we like and what our pain points are.
