I have never before received the same response to almost every help question I've asked in the last 6 months. It's always we are working on it, or we can submit a request to possibly add that feature, or there is just no way to do that. This review is only based on customer service. If you are seeking to become a customer and use Job Nimbus the customer service you'd receive would be 5 stars, as they are trying to get your business- that recurring payment. Now that I am a customer and have questions, the chances of me calling in and getting to talk with anyone is 0%. If I could give this company zero stars I would based on their customer service.

Very disappointed, they are only concerned with big companies we had originally started and had them set up workflow and boards etc and since then only the big companies get account managers and when you reach out they say there is nothing in the notes I just sent the email I have sent back in January we went to a crew event hoping to get help and we were on the old version of contacts they switched us to job and it still doesn't track anything so we have been using just to write estimates and keep our customers contact info... read more

We used JobNimbus for about 6 months and honestly liked the platform itself. No major complaints on the software. The problem is their cancellation process and support. When we decided to cancel, they force you to book a call with an account rep. The booking system wouldn’t work with my email, so I texted the rep directly—no response. Tried multiple times to schedule, still didn’t work. Meanwhile, our subscription expired.
