These guys will rob you when you cancel your membership and do other shady things with your cards and data. Never pay for job nimbus. They will not refund me even though my charges happened AFTER i made a cancellation because I quit the software but they won't let you stop paying or take your card off as an option until you have a meeting with their staff. Staff is IGNORING me literally. NO communication. They even auto drafted my card days early on purpose. These guys don’t even know anything about roofing. **SHADY BUSINESS... read more
Software isn’t bad, but these aren’t the kind of people you need to trust with the heart of your business and most of the 5 star reviews are affiliated with job nimbus. These guys will make it impossible to cancel your membership and make you schedule a meeting to do so all the while they still charge your card for month to month charges.
