Very short sighted company that makes great products. If you have to do a return or exchange make sure you include the plastic that the product came in. I was charged 80.00 / 20percent because we returned with the tags on but no plastic. I had made a new order based on what I learned from the first order. I spoke to a guy and email with them and they never said to include the plastic that get destroyed when opening the product.
