The ladies in Market Street were lovely and dedicated.I chatted to the doctor via video link and he was fine. But the drama started when I got an email from some person to verify more medical information 3 days latter ,,,, this delayed my start by a week....I was seething as iv done these medicals for the past 10 years without this type of hassle.....why did the doctor I spoke to not ask me for more info????on the day....some people can't see thier Gp for a week.....and guess wat the jobs GONE ....just about everyone onsite ... read more
Excellent service, my son had a pre-employment medical and Sue was great.
The lady at the Wollongong office was thoroughly unhelpful and downright rude. I would actively avoid dealing with this company. There are other, more helpful providers of the same services in the area who will not leave a bitter taste in your mouth
