The nurse and services was very good and polite, had good experiences specially with sha as a nurse
10/10 service. Nurse and doctor were so pleasant to deal with. Would definitely recommend for CAT 1 Rail Medical.
I did a medical check with them in CBD. The lady at the reception was so nice and helpful. I had an issue with the payment and she helped me to solve it easily.
Would give Zero stars if I could, the worst, most incompetent Medical providers on the planet for Order 43 Mine Medicals. They have taken 6 months to sort out a medical. They seem incapable of completing paperwork correctly, they missed the Fit Test entirely, they send you a Jobfit Report that no mine site will accept, instead of the Coal Services Report. DO NOT USE.
It was horrible, terrible service with the customer without counting the neglect, we made an appointment and received an email to arrive 5 minutes in advance and when we arrived here, the receptionists said that everyone would leave for lunch and return after an hour, my service was scheduled for 12:45 and I was only attended at 3:00 pm, this is really boring
