I live 3 hours drive from Salisbury and had to do a medical check as the local medical clinic was 4 weeks wait. I turned up 2.5 hours early in the hope ( but 💯 not expecting ) to maybe get in a bit earlier than my 2pm booking. Once the lady at the reception realised I had just driven 3 hrs to get there she said we’ll see if we can get you in a bit sooner. Made to overdose on medication before physical part of medical. Affects of that much medication caused issues with the physical part. Have complained to Jobfit requesting a redo without the medication and have a letter from my gp backing me up. over 3 months on and no response to my complaint.
I was required to take a pre employment drug and alcohol screening. Appointment was set for 1:25 pm arrived at 1:20pm my name was called at 2:pm the female was friendly and professional in her approach in the consultation room and the alcohol test however I found it extremely unnerving to go into the bathroom with her and have her stand behind me looking in the mirror whilst I was urinating into a cup. I felt this to be terribly invasive and I think having a male conduct this test would've been far more appropriate.
I just had a medical and ita lasted 2 hours but i believe it was Trish at salisbury made the whole appointment easy. Her approach is awesome and the doctor Elizabeth was extremely awesome as well
